788wim ("we", "us", "our", "Platform") is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of every individual who accesses or uses our website at 788wim.cam. 4 How We Collect Data
4.1 Direct Collection
We collect personal data directly from you when you register an account on the Platform, complete KYC verification, contact our support team, submit feedback or voluntarily provide information through any other Platform feature.
4.2 Automated Collection
When you access the Platform, certain technical and usage data is collected automatically through cookies, web beacons, pixel tags and similar tracking technologies. This includes your IP address, browser fingerprint, device identifiers, session activity and navigation patterns. This automated collection occurs regardless of whether you are a registered user or an anonymous visitor.
4.3 Third-Party Sources
In limited circumstances we may receive personal data about you from third-party sources, including:
- Identity verification and KYC service providers used to confirm your identity during account setup.
- Fraud-prevention and anti-money-laundering screening services that help us assess account risk.
- Analytics providers that supply aggregated demographic and behavioural data to help us improve Platform content.
- Operators who refer users to the Platform and share basic registration data in connection with that referral.
Where we receive your data from third parties, we take reasonable steps to confirm that the transfer was lawful and that the data is accurate before relying on it.
5 Data Processing
788wim processes your personal data for the following specific purposes:
- Account Management: To create, administer, verify and maintain your user account, including processing registration information and account preferences.
- Identity Verification (KYC): To verify your identity and age eligibility before granting access to certain Platform features, in compliance with our anti-fraud and responsible gambling obligations.
- Platform Operation: To deliver the core informational services of the Platform — including betting guides, bonus term explainers, payment-method references and responsible gambling resources.
- Customer Support: To respond to your enquiries, resolve complaints, and provide technical assistance in connection with your use of the Platform.
- Security and Fraud Prevention: To detect, investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorised account access, money laundering, underage gambling and other prohibited activities.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to lawful requests from competent authorities, and enforce our Terms & Conditions and this Policy.
- Platform Improvement: To analyse usage patterns, identify technical issues, test new features and improve the overall quality and relevance of Platform content for Pakistani users.
- Communications: To send you service-related communications such as account notifications, security alerts and policy update notices. We do not send unsolicited marketing communications without your explicit opt-in consent.
- Personalisation: To tailor content recommendations — such as relevant sports betting guides covering Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 matches or ICC tournaments — based on your demonstrated interests and navigation history.
We do not use your personal data to make fully automated decisions that produce significant legal or similarly significant effects on you without providing an opportunity for human review. Profiling conducted on the Platform is used only for content personalisation and security risk assessment.
6 Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data only where a valid legal basis exists. The applicable legal bases for our processing activities are:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between you and 788wim — including account registration, KYC verification and the delivery of Platform services you have requested.
- Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for our legitimate business interests, provided those interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights — including fraud detection, security monitoring, platform analytics and service improvement.
- Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including anti-money-laundering requirements, identity-verification obligations and responses to lawful authority requests.
- Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific and informed consent — including the use of non-essential cookies and the sending of optional marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
The legal frameworks specifically applicable to data processing in Pakistan — including any provisions of the Personal Data Protection Bill or related legislation — may differ from international standards. 788wim endeavours to meet robust data-protection standards regardless of the jurisdiction of access.
7 Data Sharing & Disclosure
7.1 Categories of Recipients
788wim does not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your personal data only in the following circumstances and with the following categories of recipients:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors engaged to support Platform operations — including cloud hosting providers, identity verification services, analytics platforms, email delivery services and customer support tools. These providers act as data processors and are contractually bound to process your data only on our documented instructions.
- Operators: Where you access a third-party gambling operator through Platform content, we may share limited data (such as a referral identifier) with that operator. The operator's own privacy policy will govern any further processing of your data by them.
- Fraud and Compliance Partners: Specialist fraud-prevention and anti-money-laundering screening services used to protect the Platform and its users from financial crime and account abuse.
- Legal and Regulatory Authorities: Competent courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies or government authorities where disclosure is required by applicable law, court order or enforceable governmental request.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets or similar corporate transaction, your personal data may be transferred to the relevant successor entity, subject to the same protections as described in this Policy.

10 Data Security
788wim takes the security of your personal data seriously and implements a range of technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction or disclosure. Our security practices include:
- Encryption of personal data in transit using TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocols.
- Encryption of sensitive personal data at rest using industry-standard encryption algorithms.
- Access controls ensuring that only authorised personnel with a legitimate business need can access personal data.
- Regular security assessments, vulnerability scanning and penetration testing of Platform infrastructure.
- Strict data-processor agreements requiring all third-party service providers to maintain equivalent security standards.
- Incident-response procedures to detect, contain and report personal data breaches within required timeframes.
While we implement robust security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Contact us at support@788wim.cam if you have a security concern.
11 Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by 788wim. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 16:
- Right of Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, together with information about how it is processed.
- Right to Rectification: You may request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you without undue delay.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request that we delete your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where you withdraw consent (and no other legal basis applies), or where you object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds.
- Right to Restrict Processing: You may request that we restrict the processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while we verify a rectification request or assess an objection.
- Right to Data Portability: Where processing is based on consent or contractual necessity and is carried out by automated means, you may request that we provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
- Right to Object: You have the right to object at any time to processing of your personal data that is based on legitimate interests, including profiling. You may also object at any time to processing for direct-marketing purposes.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
We aim to respond to all rights requests within 30 days of receipt. In complex or high-volume cases we may extend this period by a further 60 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it. We will not charge a fee for reasonable requests but reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
12 Minors
The 788wim Platform is strictly intended for adults who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licensing jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.
If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 18 without appropriate parental or guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data from our systems and close the associated account. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal data without your consent, please contact us immediately at the address set out in Section 16.
We may use age-verification checks as part of our account registration and KYC process to identify and exclude underage users. Attempting to circumvent age-verification controls is a material breach of our Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.
13 Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain references to third-party gambling operators and services for informational purposes. While we take care to reference reputable operators, 788wim has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the privacy practices, data-handling procedures or content of any third-party website or service.
When you leave the 788wim Platform and visit a third-party website, that website's own privacy policy will govern the collection and use of your personal data. We strongly recommend that you review the privacy policy of any third-party platform before providing them with any personal data or engaging with their services.
The inclusion of a reference to a third-party operator on this Platform does not constitute an endorsement of that operator's privacy practices or its data security standards.
14 International Data Transfers
788wim operates internationally and may transfer your personal data to countries outside Pakistan where our service providers, data processors or infrastructure are located. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in Pakistan.
Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your data receives a level of protection consistent with the standards set out in this Policy. Safeguards may include:
- Executing Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent contractual mechanisms with data processors and recipients in third countries.
- Transferring data only to countries or organisations that have been assessed as providing an adequate level of data protection relative to the originating jurisdiction.
- Applying additional technical measures such as encryption and pseudonymisation to data transferred to higher-risk jurisdictions.
You may request further information about the safeguards applicable to specific international transfers by contacting us using the details in Section 16.
15 Changes to This Policy
788wim reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data-processing activities, applicable laws, or Platform features. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.
Where changes are significant, we may also notify registered users via email to the address associated with their account. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your personal data.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree with any changes, you should discontinue use of the Platform and request deletion of your account.
